The ILM7 programme in Executive Coaching and Mentoring is aimed at senior managers, HR professionals and professional coaches keen to enhance and accredit their experience. It is designed to enable learners to critically review the role and contribution of coaching and mentoring at a senior level and helps managers build a specific bank of tools and strategies designed for the corporate arena.
The ILM 5 programme in Coaching and Mentoring offers a great starting qualification for managers who have day to day responsibility for coaching and mentoring within an organisation. The course is also designed to develop learners looking to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach.
