Xenonex Launches Online Academy
Xenonex Limited was created in 2008 by Suzanna Prout. Initially the business specialised in offering 1-to-1 executive coaching to senior managers in both the pubic and private sector.
In the 10 years since it’s launch Xenonex has gone on to provide a wider range of tailored leadership development services to meet the needs of individual organisations.
Xenonex has proudly worked with a handful of leading businesses in the UK including SkyBet, Laterooms, Hallmark and the NHS both training and supporting in house trainers to allow employees to explore greater personal development.
Most recently, Xenonex has launched public courses to train others to become coaches, offering courses at various levels that are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
In 2016, Suzanna decided to further expand the services offered by Xenonex by creating an online learning platform, which launched 19th March 2018, offering courses such as Handling Conflict, Managing Change and Effective Delegation, along-side a GDPR Awareness Short Course.
Suzanna Prout, Xenonex Founder and Managing Director knows the value of her in person training and has used that expertise to launch the Academy;
