First Xenonex “Introduction to Coaching Skills” workshop

Coaching at work has become increasingly popular and research indicates that coaching is an essential tool to maximise performance, leading to individual and organisational success.

The Xenonex team have plenty of experience working with leaders and managers already equipped with coaching knowledge and skills. However, we also know some managers are keen to develop and embed a coaching culture within their company but are not sure how to get started.

To meet this need Xenonex have devised our first “Introduction to Coaching Skills” Workshop. This one day event on Thursday 14th January in Leeds will promote the benefits of workplace coaching and develop individuals coaching skills. It is aimed at those with people management responsibility who are looking to develop a coaching approach as part of their management toolkit.

This interactive workshop will introduce the core principles of workplace coaching, with a focus on developing coaching skills, tools and techniques.  Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in varied activities and discussions as well as in practical coaching sessions to ‘practise’ their coaching skills.  The programme will provide delegates with an overview of how coaching can be used to improve performance and develop coaching skills to be applied in the workplace.

Suzanna Prout, founder and MD of Xenonex, said “We are excited to be running our first Coaching Skills Workshop day.  Managers who attend will get a real insight into the benefits of coaching and how it can support high levels of performance in the workplace.  By the end of the day we will have equipped them with the tools they need to truly transform the way they work.”

Xenonex is an approved ILM (Institute of Learning and Management) Centre and is recognised for the quality and standard of its training in the National ILM Hall of Fame. The Xenonex team trains internal and external coaches and has experience of developing and embedding coaching within the public and private sector.
Attendance at the event on Thursday 14th  January 2016 (cost £250 + VAT) offers a 10% discount on Xenonex ILM level 3, 5 and 7 coaching programmes starting in 2016.
