Achieve your coaching goals in 2013!
Wikipedia quotes that “A New Year's resolution is a commitment that a person makes to one or more personal goals, projects, or the reforming of a habit. A key element to a New Year's Resolution that sets it apart from other resolutions is that it is made in anticipation of the New Year and new beginnings. People committing themselves to a New Year's resolution generally plan to do so for the whole following year. This lifestyle change is generally interpreted as advantageous.
According to Gretchen Rubin (author of best-seller 'The Happiness Project') "You hit a goal, you achieve a goal. You keep a resolution"
As we all know, even with the best intentions, these goals are often long forgotten come February. So maybe we should be moving towards ‘All Year Resolutions’.

January is no doubt a great time for reflection on how we can do things better, differently or abstain altogether, however, here at Xenonex, we quite like the other 11 months of the year and believe they shouldn’t be forgotten either.
So, this year, my All Year’s Resolution for 2013 is going to be..
“My public and private goals are not just for Christmas, they’re for life!”
