Northern Coaching Network
Before establishing Xenonex, I worked as an internal coach at KPMG. I was aware of a number of coaching groups that catered, in the main, for self-employed coaches. I would have really benefitted from networking with other internal coaches in organisations, in order to share best practice to co-coach and co-supervise. As a result, Xenonex has been instrumental in forming the Northern Coaching Network (NCN).
The Northern Coaching Network (NCN) is for organisations in the North to meet their business objectives through attracting, retaining and developing Talent in order to make the North a great place to live and work. The NCN is a membership network that partners with leaders within organisations across the North of England who create and share best practice in developing and embedding coaching cultures.
The NCN is run by a Steering Group from organisations that include:
- BBC
- Sky Betting and Gaming
- Direct Line Group
- Morrisons
- Skipton Building Society
- Leeds Beckett University
- Chatter Communications
In addition, there are over 30 organisations that are part of the NCN.
